船舶推力轴承集成减振系统的轴系校中影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 以船舶推力轴承集成减振系统为背景,首先运用传递矩阵法建立了集成减振系统与轴系耦合校中模型。然后,结合某轴系具体参数,分析了各工况下推力轴承径向位移对轴系校中的影响。分析结果表明:集成减振系统各工况下推力轴承径向位移会在较大程度上改变轴系各支撑轴承负荷状态,严重时存在脱空现象,因此推力轴承基座筏体轴向安装位置应尽可能靠近减振系统转动中心。同时,对轴系方案开展了适应性探索研究,经各轴承冷热态变位后,发现该方案具有适应推力轴承径向0.55mm位移的能力。 Based on integrated vibration isolation system (IVIS) of thrust bearing in ships, the coup- ling alignment model of IVIS and marine shafting is established. And combined with a certain marine shafting's parameters, the influence on shafting alignment of radial displacement of thrust bearing un- der different marine working conditions is analyzed. The results show that the thrust bearing's radial displacement of IVIS would greatly change the load state of bearings, and the void phenomenon would appear at extreme conditions. So the axial installation position of the base of thrust bearing on the floating raft should be close to the center of rotation of IVIS. Meanwhile the exploratory development on the adaptability of existing shafting scheme is carried out, and it is founded that the improved scheme of shafting could accommodate 0.55 mm radial displacement of thrust bearing after the cold and hot deformation of bearings.
