基于冷态模型提高省煤器出口飞灰捕集效率的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究省煤器出口加装导流挡板及不同形式导流折挡板对灰斗捕集飞灰颗粒效率的影响与变化规律,搭建省煤器出口尾部烟道冷态实验模型。以原始、扩容两种灰斗模型为研究对象,对0.075~1.0 mm的细颗粒灰和1.0~3.35 mm、3.35~6.7 mm、>6.7 mm的大颗粒灰展开捕集实验研究。实验结果表明:加装挡板对细颗粒灰的分离捕集是有利的,随挡板长度的增大和布置角度的减小,灰斗对细颗粒的捕集能力逐渐增强;加装挡板并不能有效地提高灰斗对大颗粒灰的分离捕集能力,反而在一定程度上起到了负面的作用,采用较短长度、较大角度的挡板布置方式能减轻挡板对大颗粒捕集的不利影响。堵塞SCR系统催化剂的积灰以0.075~1.0 mm的细颗粒灰为主,实验条件下选择12.0 cm^15.6 cm、30°的布置方式会较为合适。 To explore the influence that installation of baffles and different forms of baffles at the economizer hoppers' outlet have on the trapping efficiency of fly ash and the relevant change laws, the cold state physical model about flue pipes at the end of economizer hoppers' outlet is designed. With the original and expansion hopper models as objects of research, carry out the capture experimental researches of 0. 075 - 1.0 mm fine particles of ash and 1.0 - 3.35 mm, 3.35 - 6. 7 mm, 〉 6.7 mm of large particles of ash. The experimental result shows that hoppers' efficiency of trapping fine particles will increase when the baffles are installed, and with the increase of the length and decrease of the baffle arrangement angle, the efficiency of trapping fine particles is gradually increased. As for hoppers' efficiency of trapping large particle, installation of baffles is possibly ineffective and even has adverse effect to some extent. The baffle arrangement of shorter length and larger angle can reduce the adverse effects of the efficiency of trapping large particles. The SCR catalyst system is mainly clogged with fine particles of 0. 075 - 1.0 mm, and it is appropriate to select the arrangement of the length with 12. 0cm - 15.6cm and the angle with 30° in the experimental conditions.
