摘要
随着总线技术在传感器测量领域中的应用,直接输出数字信号的压力传感器己成为一大趋势。本文设计了以一种基于CAN总线的压力传感器,与传统的模拟量输出压力传感器相比,本传感器克服了在长距离传输过程中的信号衰减问题。同时,又有效地解决了通信距离短、数据传输速率慢、误码率高、可靠性差等问题。另外,利用卡尔曼滤波算法对传感器的输出进行平滑滤波,剔除较大噪声,提高传感器的稳定度。传感器的输出的准确度为:0.006 MPa;动态响应:≥25 Hz。
With the application of bus technology in the field of sensor measurement, direct output digital signal pressure sensor has become a major trend. In this paper, a kind of pressure sensor based on CAN bus is designed. Compared with the traditional analog output pressure sensor, the sensor overcomes the problem of signal attenuation in long distance transmission. Simultaneously, it also solves the problems of short communication distance, slow data transmission rate, high bit error rate and poor reliability. In addition, the Kalman filter is used to smooth the output of the sensor, eliminate large noise, and improve the stability of the sensor. The accuracy of the sensor output is 0.006 MPa, and dynamic response is≥ 925 Hz.
