摘要
目的探讨田七总色素的体外抗氧化活性。方法以蒸馏水为溶剂,从田七中提取总色素;采用比色法分别测定田七总色素清除DPPH·、O_2^-·和·OH三种自由基的作用,以及对Fe3+的还原能力。结果田七总色素对三种自由基都有一定的清除作用,清除DPPH·、O_2^-·自由基的EC50分别是0.17mg/ml、0.24mg/ml;当色素浓度为0.15mg/ml时,其对DPPH·清除率为45.03%、对O_2^-·为23.48%、·OH清除率为3.71%,其对三种自由基的清除能力排序为DPPH·>O_2^-·>·OH;对Fe3+也具有较强的还原能力。结论氧自由基清除率与田七总色素浓度存在明显的量效关系,清除作用随着总色素浓度的增加而增强。还原Fe3+能力也随总色素的浓度增加而增强。
Objective To study the antioxidant effects of total pigments in the Panax notoginseng in vitro. Methods The distilled water was used as solvent to extract pigments from Panax notoginseng. A col orimetry method was used to determine the scavenging ability of total pigments in the Panax notoginseng on DPPH·, O2^-· and ·OH, respectively, and the ability of total pigments on reduction of Fe^3+ was also detected. Results Total pigments from Panax notoginseng had certain scavenging effects on three kinds of free radicals. Respectively, the EC50 for scavenging DPPH · and O2^- · free radicals was 0.17 mg/ml and 0.24 mg/ ml. When the concentration of the total pigments of the Panax notoginseng was at 0.15mg/ml, its clearance rates for DPPH · , O2^- · and · OH were 45.03%, 23.48% and 3.71%, respectively. The scavenging free radi- cal ability ranked. DPPH·〉O2^-·〉·OH. Moreover, total pigments also had strong ability of reduction of Fe^3+ .Conclusion The scavenging free radicals rate of total pigment has obvious concentration-response relationship with its concentration. The scavenging effects of the pigments are enhanced when their concentrations are elevated. The reduction ability of Fe^3+ of the pigments is also increased as their concentration is elevated.
