摘要
根据端盖塑件的结构特点与技术要求,制定了合适的注射模结构设计方案,阐述了端盖注射模侧向抽芯结构的设计,主要分析侧向抽芯结构的设计要点,以及模具侧面抽芯成型的工作原理和主要塑件的设计要点与工艺,在实际生产过程中,按该设计方案制造出的模具可满足质量要求。
According to the structural features and technical requirements of end cover plastic parts,this paper made a proper design scheme of injection mold structure,expounded the design of side core-pulling structure of injection mold with end cover, the main thing is to analysis the design points of the lateral core-pulling structure, and the working principle of the side core- pulling molding, the design points and process of the main plastic parts, in the actual production process, the moht produced according to the design plan can meet the quality requirements.
