高校网络诈骗的防范及对策研究——以南京工程学院为例

Research on the Prevention and Countermeasure of Network Fraud in Universities——A Case Study of Nanjing Institute of Technology

随着网络的普及与飞速发展,各种网络犯罪活动也随之产生,特别是针对防范意识薄弱的高校大学生的网络诈骗也呈现出爆发增长的态势。本文从南京工程学院的网络诈骗案件的数据入手,分析了高校网络诈骗的特点、成因、类型,从犯罪构成的视角提出该校对网络诈骗的防范对策,以期提高学生对网络诈骗的认识,减少学生人身财产的损失和网络诈骗案件的发生。

With the popularization and rapid development of the network, various kinds of cyber - crime activities have also started to emerge, especially the flooding network fraud for college students who have weak consciousness. This paper analyzes the characteristics, causes and types of network fraud in colleges and universities from the analysis of the data of cyber-crime in Nanjing Institute of Technology, and puts forward countermeasures to pre- vent cyber scams from the perspective of crime constitution. The paper aims to improve students＂ understanding of network fraud, in the same time reduce loss of personal property and the occurrence of cyber-crime cases.
