在一带一路的国家战略框架下，边境口岸成为联通内外的重要节点，各口岸城市纷纷后起发力，力图提升区域地位，实现跨越式发展。满洲里是面向东北亚的跨境旅游交通枢纽和旅游中转基地，是东北地区大旅游体系中极为重要的节点城市和呼伦贝尔市旅游集散中心。作为立市根本之一的旅游业，必须跳脱固有发展思路和模式，先行先试，提升城市旅游品牌形象和影响力。本文通过深入研究满洲里边境旅游的发展基础、优势条件和内在竞争力，进一步探索满洲里边境旅游发展的基本思路和发展战略，以便为满洲里经济社会大发展提供有益参考。

In The Belt and Road national strategic framework, the borders have become important nodes of the internal and external connections.Each port city tries to promote the regional status and achieve the leap forward development. Manzhouli is the cross border tourism hub and tourist transit base for Northeast asia. It is a very important node city in the northeast region and the tourist center of Hulun Buir city. As the city＇s pillar industries, the tourism industry must jump off the inherent in the development of ideas and models, foretaste of go ahead of the rest, enhance the brand image and influence. In this paper, we deeply studied the development basis, advantages and inherent competitiveness of Manchuria border tourism. Further explored the basic ideas and development strategy of the development of border tourism to provide useful reference for the economic and social development of Manzhouli.
