The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation faces opportunities and challenges. Strategic guidance and flexible policies are especially necessary to keep the Chinese national rejuvenation in the right direction. Strategic situation of the preparation for battles at sea is analyzed in this paper. Some suggestions are proposed.
