高质量军事信息具备真实可靠、快速及时、供需相关、完备全面和细致精确这五个特征。在信息化背景下的现代作战中,军事信息从获取、整理、分发、共享、决策直到指导作战为一个生命周期,经过各级指挥人员和技术人员的整理加工,其质量得到逐步提升。军事信息质量主要受到信息感知、指挥控制和支援保障等方面因素的制约,因此想要有效提升现代作战中的军事信息质量,需要在信息需求论证、信息体系建设、人才队伍建设和战法创新等方面开展深入研究。

High-quality military information is characterized by reliability, timeliness, correlation be- tween supply and demand, completeness and precision. Under the background of information, military information in modern warfare experiences a lifecycle of acquisition, processing, distribution, sha- ring, decision-making and operational command. The quality of military information is improved step by step through processing and utilization of commanding officers and technicians at different levels. The quality of military information is mainly influenced by information awareness, command-and- control and intelligence support. In order to improve the quality of modern combat military informa- tion, it is necessary to carry out further study in the fields of information demand analysis, informa- tion system construction, talent team construction, and operation method innovation.
