基层信息通信部(分)队是我军信息通信力量的主要组成部分。大力推动基层信息通信部(分)队科技创新工作,是贯彻落实习近平主席创新驱动发展战略和军民融合战略的重要举措,也是通信兵实现万众创新的基础。近年来,基层信息通信部(分)队涌现出了一股创新热潮。鉴于基层部队科技创新工作具有十分显著的独特性,梳理和总结了基层信息通信部(分)队科技创新工作应把握住的几个问题,并结合实例进行了说明,以期为从事基层科技创新工作的广大官兵提供参考。

Info-comm units are the major component of info-comm power. It is important to improve sci-tech innovation work in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and civil- military integration strategy of President Xi. It is also essential to improve sci-tech innovation work in the realization of public innovation in signal corps. In recent years, a boom of innovation emerges in Info-comm units, and there are distinctive features for sci-tech innovation work in basic level corps. Some issues involving sci-tech innovation work in info-comm units are presented and illustrated with examples with the intention of providing reference for officers and soldier at basic levels.
