摘要
从军事物流外包活动的主体、客体和环境三个方面分析了军事物流外包风险的来源。基于轨迹交叉论,探讨了军事物流外包风险产生的原因,并根据主体、客体和环境三者之间的矛盾和联系,研究了军事物流外包风险衍变的动力、条件和形式。最后,按照实事求是、整体优化、动态平衡的原则,提出了风险转移、风险减缓、风险规避以及风险自留这四种军事物流外包风险的综合防控方法。
The sources of military logistics outsourcing risks are analyzed from aspects of subject, ob- ject and environment of military logistics work. Then, the causes are discussed based on the track- cross theory. The impetus, conditions and forms of military logistics outsourcing risks are studied ac- cording to the contradiction and relation among subject, object and environment of military logistics work. Finally, prevention measures of military logistics outsourcing risks are put forward, including risk transfer, risk mitigation, risk aversion and risk retention early warning.
