空气源热泵烘干中药湿丸的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 研发出一种中药湿丸热泵烘干房,该烘干房以空气源热泵为热源,并采用余热回收技术。经六味地黄丸湿丸烘干对比实验,空气源热泵烘干房较传统的电加热烘干房,总烘干时间缩短23%,总电耗节省57%,药丸质量达到规定要求。空气源热泵烘干房作为一种节能、环保、高效的烘干设备完全可以中药湿丸的烘干。 A kind of heat pump drying room for traditional Chinese medicine wet pills was designed, which uses air source heat pump as heat source and adopts waste heat recovery technology. The comparative drying experiments of wet pills of Rehmaniae Bolus show that the drying time of the air source heat pump dryer is shortened by 23% compared with the traditional electric heating drying room, the total power consumption is saved by 57%, and the quality of the pills meets the specified requirements. Air source heat pump drying room is a kind of energy saving, environment-friendly and highly efficient drying equipment, which can be well used for drying traditional Chinese medicine wet pills.
