石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定饮用水中钡的实验研究

摘要 文章通过实验研究优化了一种石墨管原子吸收法测定饮用水中钡的方法。分别采用普通石墨管和ELC石墨管,通过优化灰化温度和原子化温度以及实际样品检测验证了方法的可行性。结果表明,采用普通石墨管检出限为4.69μg/L,相对标准偏差为9.5%,实际样品加标回收率为92%~100%;采用ELC石墨管检出限为1.90μg/L,相对标准偏差为8.7%,实际样品加标回收率为98%~101%,两种方法均可满足实验室饮用水中钡的测定要求。 In this paper, a method for the determination of barium in drinking water by graphite tube atomic absorption spectrometry was optimized. The feasibility of the method is verified by optimizing the ashing temperature and the atomization temperature and the actual sample detection by ordinary graphite tube and ELC graphite tube respectively. The results showed that the detection limit of ordinary graphite tube was 4.69μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 9.5%, the recoveries of the actual samples were 92%-100%. The detection limit of ELC graphite tube was 1.90μg/L, Standard deviation of 8.7%, the actual sample spiked recovery rate of 98% to 101%, two methods can meet the laboratory drinking water barium determination requirements.
