摘要
冰箱作为日常家用电器,为了提高其节能和静音性能,变频驱动技术已广为应用,相比于普通的定频压缩机,其节电效果和噪声音质都有明显提升。但在变频技术实际应用的方向上,产生了正弦波控制(即矢量控制)和方波控制(即120°矩形波控制)两种技术路线。本文结合变频冰箱压缩机的实际运行工况和要求,对比两种控制方式下的电机及压缩机性能,得出方波控制的最优性,对冰箱压缩机行业技术发展有指导意义。
Refrigerator, as a daily household appliance, its variable frequency drive technology has been widely used in order to improve the performance at energy-saving and mute. Compared to the ordinary constant compressor, its energy-saving effect and noise-reduction quality has been improved significantly. However, totally two different technical routes occurred in application of frequency technology, they are sinusoidal-wave control (ie., vector con- trol) and square wave control (ie., 120° rectangular-wave control). This paper, combining the actual operating con- ditions and inverter compressor requirements, targets to conclude the optimization of square-wave by comparing the performance of motors and compressors under these two control modes. This would be instructive to the development of refrigerator compressor technology.
