摘要
管路系统是空调器中的重要部件,在压缩机振动和系统压力脉动作用下产生振动,当振动超出一定范围后,管路会出现疲劳破损,对整机系统的可靠性带来隐患,因而管路系统的减振措施研究对于空调器的可靠性十分重要。本文从压缩机振动和管路两个方向进行优化,降低管路振动,减小其应力值,提升机组使用寿命。
Pipe system is an important part of air conditioner, the vibration of which is produced by the vibration of compressor and the system pressure pulsation. When the vibration is beyond a certain range, the pipe system will ap- pear fatigue damage, impacting on the reliability of the whole machine. So the study of the piping system vibration reduction measures is very important for air conditioner. Optimization of compressor vibration and pipe structure is conducted to reduce the vibration of pipe vibration in order to promote the reliability of the machine.
