关于影响发光二极管寿命几个方面因素的探讨

Discussion on Influence Factors of Light Emitting Diode Life-span

针对发光二极管的寿命问题,本文主要结合实际工作及通过试验提出发光二极管本身有如下几点对其使用寿命有影响:封装树脂耐温性、电极防护可靠性、焊盘散热结构、绑定可靠性。同时,本文针对如上问题提出相应的建议技术管控措施。

Aiming at the life-span of light emitting diodes, combined with practical work and tests, this paper puts forward that light emitting diode has the following influences of service life, those are resin temperature, electrode protective pad cooling structure, reliability, and reliability bound. At the same time, this paper puts forward the cor- responding technical measures for the above problems.
