摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在年轻护士继续教育中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月我院新进73位年轻护士作为研究对象,全部护士入院后均开展继续教育,即在PDCA循环管理模式下进行新护士规范化培训,观察年轻护士理论考核、操作考核及业务考核的合格率。结果全部年轻护士试用期考核均合格。试用期1年护士的理论考核、操作考核、业务考核的的优秀率分别为82.2%、78.1%和80.8%,试用期后1~2年护士的理论考核、操作考核和业务考核的优秀率分别为87.3%、81.7%和84.5%。结论 PDCA循环在年轻护士继续教育中的应用切实可行,可促进继续教育质量管理规范化、标准化并提高年轻护士继续教育成果。
Objective To study the application of PDCA circulation in young nurse continuing education results. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 73 new and young nurses of our hospital as the object of study, all nurse continuing education after the admission, the PDCA circulation management mode for standardized training for new nurses, young nurse theory examination, the passing rate of the examination and evaluation. Results All young nurses were eligible for probation.The probation period of 1 year, the excellent rate the theoretical evaluation of nurses, operational assessment, business assessment were 82.2%, 78.1% and 80.8% respectively. In the 1 ~ 2 years after the probation period, the excellent rate of theoretical assessment, operation assessment and business assessment of the nurses was 87.3%, 81.7% and 84.5% respectively. Conclusion Application of PDCA circulation in young nurse continuing education feasible, to promote continued the education quality management standardization, standardization and raise young nurse continuing education outcomes.
