摘要
目的探索基于岗位工作任务的《外科护理技术》课程设计、教学评价模式,以期促进教学改革、努力提高教学质量。方法《外科护理技术》课程以典型工作任务为驱动模式,基于工作过程设计教学方法、教学评价措施。结果通过调查问卷进行教学效果评价,基于岗位工作任务的教学评价模式明显优于传统操作技能实训,可显著提升操作能力,96.6%学生认为上述课程设计模式更符合临床工作需要。结论《外科护理技术》教学中应用基于岗位工作任务模式的课程设计,有助于提升学习能力和综合素质。
Objective To explore the curriculum design and teaching evaluation model of surgical nursing technology based on the post task, so as to promote teaching reform and improve teaching quality. Methods The course of surgical nursing technology was driven by typical tasks, based on work process design, teaching methods and teaching evaluation measures. Results Through the questionnaire to evaluate the teaching effectiveness, teaching evaluation model is better than the traditional job task operation based on skill training, can significantly improve the students' operation ability, 96.6% of students think that the course design mode is more in line with the needs of clinical work. ConclusionThe application of job based task model in the course of surgical nursing technology teaching can help improve students' learning ability and comprehensive quality.
