摘要
实践教学是保障医学教育质量的重要环节和必要手段,也是当前医学人才培养的薄弱环节。"翻转课堂"是一种创新教学模式,结合现代信息技术的"微信公众平台"是对传统教学的极大变革。为推进实践教学内容和实践模式的改革,强化实践教学环节,提高医学生临床综合思维能力和解决临床实际问题的能力,本文拟在对学习型微信公众平台与翻转课堂进行解析的基础上,探讨翻转课堂结合学习型微信公众平台在胰腺外科教学中的实际运用,旨在改善教学效果、增强学生对专业知识的实际应用能力。在具体实施过程中,注重分析翻转课堂结合学习型微信公众平台的教学对学生专业能力、职业素质培养的影响和特点,同时也分析参与的指导教师其角色转变对教学观念转换的影响,探索其优缺点,为未来更多的临床课程深入开展注重全方位素质教育的翻转课堂教学提供实践经验。
Practical teaching is an important link and necessary means to guarantee the quality of medical education, and it is also the weak link of current medical personnel training. "Flipped classroom" is an innovative teaching model, combined with modern information technology "We Chat public platform" is a great change in traditional teaching. In order to promote the reform of practical teaching content and practice mode, strengthen the practice teaching link, improve the ability of medical students' clinical comprehensive ability of thinking and solving clinical problems. This paper intends to discuss based on the analysis of the flipped classroom and learning We Chat public platform, the practical application of flipped classroom combined with learning We Chat public platform in pancreatic surgery teaching, and shows that the flipped classroom and the traditional teaching with organic integration based on the We Chat public platform is the development direction of the future of pancreatic surgery teaching, which aims to improve the teaching effect and enhance students' practical application ability of professional knowledge. In the process of concrete implementation, focus on the analysis of the influence and characteristics of the teaching of flipped classroom combined with learning We Chat public platform on cultivating students' professional ability and professional quality. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the influence of the role of the participating teachers on the transformation of teaching concepts,to explore its advantages and disadvantages, for the future more in-depth clinical courses pay attention to the flipped classroom teaching of all-round quality education to provide practical experience.
