摘要
医院非薪酬经济激励指的是不能利用经济措施进行衡量的,由医院的工作特点、工作环境和医院文化对职工的积极心理影响。本文探讨了激励医院高层次人才中面临的问题,探讨了医院高层次人才的非薪酬经济性激励体系,以实现激励效应最大化。
Noneconomic reward, a kind of cheerful psychological effect, was caused by job characteristics, work environment and organization culture and can't be estimated with economic measures. This article discussed the problems and defects of salary of high-level medical talents in public hospitals and come up with the possibility of establishing noneconomic reward prompting system for high-level medical talents so as to maximize the excitation effect.
