住院2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病住院患者血尿酸水平与代谢综合征患病的相关性。方法选择我院2015年1月—2017年2月住院部收治的83例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据患者血尿酸水平进行分组标记为对照组和高血尿酸组,比较83例患者代谢综合征患病情况及临床表现。结果对照组患者代谢综合征患病率为26.83%,高血尿酸组为76.19%,高血尿酸组代谢综合征患病率高于对照组(P<0.05);高血尿酸组患者脂代谢异常发生率为26.19%,高血压发生率为33.33%,肥胖发生率为16.67%,代谢综合征各项指征发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的高血尿酸水平是导致代谢综合征的诱因,导致MS发病率升高,血尿酸水平与MS患病率呈正相关关系。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid level and metabolic syndrome in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled and divided into control group and hyperuricemia group according to the level of serum uric acid, the metabolic syndrome and clinical manifestations of 83 patients were compared. Results The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 26.83% in the control group versus 76.19% in the hyperuricemia group(P〈0.05). The prevalence of MS in the hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that in the control group with 26.19% of dyslipidemia, 33.33% of hypertension, 16.67% of obesity in hyperuricemia group, the incidence of metabolic syndrome was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of hyperuricemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is the cause of metabolic syndrome, leading to the increased incidence of MS and with positive correlation between serum uric acid and MS prevalence.
