卡络磺钠联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate Combined With Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的探讨对上消化道出血采取卡络磺钠联合奥美拉唑治疗措施的临床疗效。方法选取我院展开上消化道出血治疗的40例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组展开奥美拉唑注射液治疗;观察组展开卡络磺钠联合奥美拉唑治疗。对两组的治疗前后总有效率情况展开观察。结果观察组组总有效率为高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用卡络磺钠联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血在临床上具有很好的止血效果和临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate combined with omeprazole in the treatment of measures to take the hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 40 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group. The control group was treated with omeprazole injection. Observation group on carbazochrome sodium sulfonate combined with omeprazole. The total effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Good hemostatic effect and clinical curative effect in clinical bleeding combined with omeprazole in treatment of upper digestive sulfonate.
