中药灌肠配合护理干预治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation by Enema With Chinese Medicine

目的探讨对慢性盆腔炎患者进行中药灌肠治疗的效果,总结护理经验。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月进入我院妇科治疗的59例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均给予中药灌肠治疗。对照组(29例)采取常规护理干预,研究组(30例)在对照组基础上,实施综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组实施护理后有效率为96.67%,护理满意度为93.33%,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受中药灌肠方案治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者,实施综合护理可保证灌肠效果,安全、有效。

Objective To analyze the best care measures for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients. Methods 59 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were enrolled in the gynecological treatment of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema and 29 cases in the control group Routine nursing intervention, the study group of 30 cases in the controlgroup based on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results The effective rate of nursing group was 96.67%, nursing satisfaction 93.33%, which was significantly different from that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Forthe treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients treated withtraditional Chinese medicine enema, the implementation of comprehensivecare can ensure the enema effect, safe, effective and can be promoted.
