摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除疗法治疗中实施手术室护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月本院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为基础组(n=30,基础护理)和干预组(n=30,手术室护理干预),统计分析两组患者的护理效果。结果干预组患者护理后SAS、SDS、VAS评分与基础组相比较低,P<0.05。结论腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除疗法治疗中实施手术室护理干预效果优良。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by percutaneous endoscopic discectomy. Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into base group （ n = 30, basic nursing ） and intervention group （ n = 30, operating room nursing intervention ）, the nursing effect of two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of SAS, SDS and VAS in the intervention group were lower than those of the base group group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in operation room is excellent in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
