后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者的护理

Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy

目的研究后腹腔镜下肾癌根治的护理体会。方法选择我院2013年3月—2015年8月肾癌患者的临床病例60例进行分析,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规的护理手段,观察组在常规的护理上外加针对性的护理,观察比较两组患者在手术后的各个指标包括并发症的发生情况、术后镇痛治疗情况、心理状态等。结果对照组并发症发生人数为8例,并发症发生率是26.7%,观察组并发症发生人数是2例,并发症发生率占6.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在护理前后的焦虑抑郁评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组在护理后焦虑抑郁评分相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在止痛棒的使用率为16.7%,对照组患者在止痛棒的使用率是53.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者镇痛泵使用时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取针对性的护理能有效减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the nursing experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephreetomy. Methods 60 cases of renal cell carcinoma from March 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given routine nursing and targeted nursing. The indexes of the two groups after operation were observed and compared, including the occurrence of complications, the treatment of postoperative analgesia, and the psychological state of the patients. Results In the control group, the number of complications was 8 cases, the complication rate was 26.7%, the number of complications in observation group was 2 cases, complications occurred in 6.7%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of anxiety and depression scores between the observation group and the control group before and after the nursing was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of anxiety and depression scores between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The use rate of the analgesic stick in the observation group was 16.7%, and that in the control group was 53.3%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The use time of the analgesic pump in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively reduce complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
