摘要
目的探讨红外线理疗在骨科患者中的护理效果。方法在医院2015年9月—2016年7月诊治的骨科患者中抽取78例,以随机抽签方式分组,研究组(n=39)应用红外线理疗予以干预,对照组(n=39)应用常规护理,对比两组患者护理前后疼痛程度以及护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者平均VAS疼痛评分为(3.1±0.8)分,低于对照组的(5.9±1.4)分(P<0.01);研究组护理总有效率为97.4%,低于对照组的84.6%(P<0.05)。结论红外线理疗在骨科患者中的护理效果确切。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of infrared therapy in orthopedic patients. Methods 78 cases of department of orthopedics patients who were treated in the hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected, 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the patients in the study group（n=39） were treated with infrared physiotherapy, and the control group（n=39） received routine nursing. The pain degree and the nursing effect were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results After treatment, the mean VAS pain score of the study group was（3.1±0.8）, which was lower than that of the control group（5.9±1.4）（P 〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the study group was 97.4%, which was lower than that of the control group of 84.6%（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of infrared therapy in orthopedic patients is accurate.
