快速康复外科理念运用于肝胆外科围手术期护理价值评价

Evaluation on the Nursing Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept Used in Liver and Gallbladder Surgery in Perioperative Period

目的研究分析将快速康复外科理念运用于肝胆外科围手术期护理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月—2016年10月在我院接受肝胆外科手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象。以护理方法为依据,将患者分成对照组与观察组,每组各选40例患者。其中,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科理念护理。结果观察组患者术后下床活动时间、术后疼痛、并发症发生率、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将快速康复外科理念运用于肝胆外科围手术期护理中能有效促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016, 80 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects. Based on nursing method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. Among them, the control group given conventional nursing, the observation group was given a quick rehabilitation concept of surgical nursing. Results The observation group of patients with postoperative bed activity time, postoperative pain, complications, length of hospital stay were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept to liver and gallbladder surgery patients with perioperative nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery.
