摘要
目的探讨黑热病护理方法,总结其护理经验。方法按循证护理的方法,对患者进行消毒隔离、口腔护理、发热护理、药物治疗的护理、心理护理及健康教育等护理措施。结果经积极治疗与精心护理,患者好转出院;护理人员对黑热病的临床护理经验有了一定的掌握和积累。结论运用循证护理的方法对黑热病患者进行科学的护理,是保证黑热病治疗成功和保证护理质量的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing methods of kala Azar, summarize the nursing experience. Methods According to the method of evidence-based nursing, the patients were treated with disinfection, isolation, oral care, fever nursing, medication care, psychological care and health education. Results After active treatment and careful nursing, the patients improved and discharged. The nursing staff had certain grasp and accumulation of the clinical nursing experience of kala azar. Conclusion The scientific nursing of the patients with Kala Azar is the key to ensure the success of the treatment and ensure the quality of nursing.
