摘要
目的探究对于采用胸腔镜进行治疗的食管癌患者采取优质护理的效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年10月进入我院进行治疗确诊为食管癌的患者42例,随机分为两组。其中,对照组21例患者,采用传统的护理方法,观察组21例患者,采用优质护理。比较两组患者的护理结果。结果比较两组患者护理满意程度,结果发现观察组的满意度(95.23%)高于对照组(71.42%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用腹腔镜对食管癌治疗时采用优质护理,可以提高护理满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect that quality of care in the treatment of thoracic esophageal carcinoma. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 42 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital, treatment group were assigned to high quality care as a basic nursing, control group received convensional nursingas basic nursing and compared the result of two groups. Results The satisfaction level of the control group （71.42%） were significantly lower than the observation group （95.23%）. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Quality care applied to patients with thoracic esophageal cancer surgery can significantly improve nursing Satisfaction, reduce nurse-patient disputes, deserves widespread promotion.
