摘要
目的探讨多样性护理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机将90例糖尿病合并冠心病的患者分为对照组和观察组,分别对其实施常规护理(45例)和多样性护理方式(45例),对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的冠心病干预有效率高于对照组,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)等指标优于对照组。结论将多样性护理方式应用在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中可有效提高患者的疾病管理能力,从而更好的改善患者的症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of diversity nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 90 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing （45 cases） and diversified nursing methods （45 cases） were performed respectively. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of coronary intervention was higher in the observation group than that in the control group. Fasting blood glucose （FPG） and postprandial 2 h blood glucose （2 h PBG） were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of diversity nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the disease management ability of patients, so as to improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
