摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在急诊患者护理工作中的应用价值。方法选取急诊患者108例,随机将其分为参照组和研究组。参照组给予常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予人性化护理措施,对比两组患者的焦虑和抑郁状态、治疗依从性以及护理质量评分。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于急诊患者护理工作中可帮助患者更好的改善焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing in nursing care of emergency patients. Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups: reference group and study group. The reference group was given routine nursing measures. The study group was given human nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing care. The anxiety and depression status, treatment compliance and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The scores of treatment adherence were significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in emergency nursing can help patients to improve anxiety and depression, improve treatment compliance.
