摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者接受优质护理的临床效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取我院接收的86例肺癌患者来分析研究,根据不同护理方式将患者分组,对照组共46例患者,接受了常规护理,研究组共40例患者,接受了优质护理,对比分析两组的临床护理情况。结果对照组患者护理满意度是80.4%,并发症发生率是43.5%,研究组的护理满意度是95.0%,并发症发生率是12.5%,两组的满意度和并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者术后接受优质护理能够提升患者生命质量,降低并发症发生率,提高满意度,临床中护理效果突出。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing care for patients with lung cancer, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods 86 patients with lung cancer received from our hospital were analyzed. The patients were divided into different groups according to different nursing methods, and 46 patients in the control group received routine nursing care. A total of 40 patients in the study group received high quality care. The clinical nursing of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 80.4%, and the complication rate was 43.5%. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.0%, and the complication rate was 12.5%. The difference of satisfaction and complication rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality care of patients with lung cancer after operation can improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction, and the clinical nursing effect is prominent.
