摘要
充气式高压橡胶气囊作为一种新的密封方式被应用到盾构施工中。为了解决隧道盾构进出洞施工中的盾构密封问题,从密封原理出发,进行了性能参数、装置结构特点、气囊选型设计、安装操作流程等方面的分析研究,结果表明:充气式高压橡胶气囊可以实现进出洞门与盾构外壳的可靠密封,其操作性和可靠性相对传统密封方式有了很大的改进和提高,目前已在盾构进出洞密封工程中得到了应用。
The high-pressured inflatable rubber airbag,a new kind of sealing material,has been applied to shield tunneling. The sealing principle,properties,structural characteristics,selection and design and installation process of high-pressured inflatable rubber airbag are introduced and analyzed. The analytical results show that the tunnel entrance/exit and shield shell can be effectively sealed by high-pressured inflatable rubber airbag,and compared to traditional materials,the high-pressured inflatable rubber airbag is more rational and functional.
