摘要
在盖挖逆作车站施作过程中,水平结构板作为水平临时支撑结构和永久结构,其施工质量直接决定基坑的安全,其外观质量也直接决定车站的整体形象。为了解决水平结构板采用的地模使得混凝土表面缺陷较多,且地模混凝土易与结构混凝土粘结一起不易脱落等问题,现场采用矮支架搭设模板。通过在深圳地铁车公庙枢纽工程中矮支架模板的实际应用,总结得出如下结论:1)采用矮支架模板可有效保证浇筑混凝土外观质量;2)模板表面比地模法施工不容易受污染;3)矮支架搭设过程灵活多变,可有效控制混凝土外观形状;4)易脱模,安全性高;5)当地质条件软弱、结构板形式复杂时,矮支架模板更能适应快速施工要求,解决地模法施工难度。
During the construction of Metro station constructed by cut-and-cover top-down method,the safety of foundation pit and the appearance of the Metro station is restricted by construction quality and appearance of horizontal structural plate( as temporary horizontal support structure and permanent structure) respectively. The concrete surface always goes rough due to floor mold used in horizontal structural plate,and the concrete of floor mold and that of structure always bond together. As a result,short support is adopted. The application of short support formwork to Chegongmiao Hub in Shenzhen shows that: 1) The appearance quality of casting concrete can be guaranteed. 2) The surface of formwork is clean than that using floor mold method. 3) The appearance quality of concrete of structure can be guaranteed. 4) Easy mold unloading and safe. 5) The short support formwork shows a quick adaptability to bad geological conditions and complex structural plate shape.
