高职学生顶岗实习质量的灰数白化综合评价

Comprehensive Grey-number-whitening Evaluation on the Quality of Substituted Position Exercitation for Vocational College Students

为建立高职学生顶岗实习质量综合评价体系,从实习企业评价、校内指导老师评价、同学自评互评3个方面建立3级综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,采用灰数白化权函数构建综合评价模型。将上述指标体系和综合评价模型应用于高职学生顶岗实习质量评价实践,发现该指标体系及评价模型科学、易行,是高职学生顶岗实习质量综合评价的有效工具。

In order to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system of substituted position exercitation, a grade 3 compre- hensive evaluation index system should be set up based on the involved enterprise evaluation, the college instructors＂ evaluation and students＇ self-evaluation. According to Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, the weight index can be calculated and through grey-number-whitening weight function, the comprehensive evaluation model can be established. The above evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model are applied to the practice of the evaluation for the quality of substituted posi- tion exercitation for vocational college students. As a result, it has been found that the index system and evaluation model is scientific and feasible, which is an effective tool for the comprehensive evaluation of substituted position exercitation quality of vocational college students.
