Cultivating college students＇ ability of autonomous learning is one of the important aims of college English education and it is also one of the key elements of determining the flipped classroom effect. This paper aims to explore some effective strategies for improving college students＇ autonomous learning ability and apply them in the flipped classroom to improve college students＂ autonomous learning abilities and English level and lay a solid foundation for their job--hunting and career develop ment.
