隐性思想政治教育的特点与功能探析

The Features and Functionality of the Recessive Ideological and Political Education

隐性思想政治教育是一种将教育目的隐藏起来,让受教育者愉快主动接受教育的教育方法。区别于显性思想政治教育,隐性思想政治教育具有自己的特点,如教育手段的依附性、教育载体的多样性、教育实践形式的开放性、施教过程的隐蔽性、教育内容的渗透性、教育效果的滞后性、受教对象的自主性等。隐性思想政治教育较之显性思想政治教育的功能优势表现:有效消除受教育者的逆反心理,培养受教育者的自我教育能力,有效覆盖思想政治教育的全过程,促进教育合力的形成。

Recessive ideological and political education is an education method with hidden purpose, it can make the educatee happly and voluntarily accept education. Different from the dominant ideological and political education, recessive ideological and political education has its own characteristics, such as the dependence of education means, the diversity of education carri- er, open form of education practice, the concealment of the teaching process, the permeability of the education content, the lag- ging effect of education, and autonomy of the education object, etc. Therefore, recessive ideological and political education can effectively eliminate the negative mentality of the educatees, cultivate educatees＂ ability of self education, effectively cover the whole process of ideological and political education, and promote the formation of education resultant force.
