Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Mainstream Ideological Education

提高意识形态教育实效性,理论工作者既应重视显性教育的作用,又应重视隐性教育的作用,着力促进社会意识向日常话语体系、日常道德规范、典型形象群体的社会心理层面转化;充分发挥新兴媒体的意识形态教育功能,构筑意识形态教育的网上高地,善用"两微"阵地传播中国特色社会主义理论;发挥社会意识对实践指引作用,着力促进知行转化,培育人们形成主体性思维、发展性思维、创新性思维、平等性思维、底线性思维等思维方式;各级领导干部应带头学习中国特色社会主义理论,并学以致用。

In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideologicaleducation,the following strategies are put forward.Firstly,attach importance to the role of both explicit and implicit education,and strive to promote the turn of social consciousness to social psychological thought which is about the daily discourse system,daily moral rule,and typical image groups.Secondly,make full use of new media to construct the online highland of ideological education,and make good use of Microblog and WeChat to propagate socialist theory with Chinese characteristics;and thirdly,play social consciousness＇ s role in the guidance of practice,accelerate the transformation of knowing and action,and foster the thinking mode of subjectivity thinking,expansive thinking,innovation thinking,equality thinking and bottom-line thinking.Last but not the least,leading cadres at all levels should take the lead to learn and apply socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.
