摘要
"双一流"背景下,探析我国一流本科人才培养目标意义重大。选取我国四所一流大学,X大学、H大学、Z大学和B大学,通过对这些学校的本科人才培养目标进行分析可得出较为明显的普遍特征:一是,具有非常重视将人才培养与国家和社会需要相结合、特别重视学生创新能力培养的两个特点;二是,存在同质化、模式化和"高端化"的三个问题。而在对其学科层面的本科人才培养目标进行分析中得出:具有与学校培养目标相一致的普遍特征,但差异特征也比较明显,如专业性与学科性强、侧重点与具体目标定位存在差异等。
Under the background of"double first-class",it is of great significance to probe into the objectives of first-class undergraduate talents training in china.The author selected four first-class universities in China(X University,H University,Z University,B University),analyzes their training objectives of undergraduate talents,and draws the following common characteristics.Firstly,attach great importance to the combination between talent training and the requirements of the state and society and pay special attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability.Secondly,there are three common problems:homogenization,stereotyped,and high-end orientation.The analysis of the training objective of undergraduate talents from the subject level shows that the objectives in the subject level all share the goal of the university,though the difference among universities are obvious,such as the variety of professionalism and disciplines,emphasis and specific object location.
