摘要
按照教育部卓越工程师培养计划的标准及有关要求,以进一步推进专业人才培养领域的改革与创新为目的,积极探索卓越工程师人才培养的模式。本文以电气工程及其自动化专业卓越工程师的培养为例,探索了以下人才培养措施:建立"3+1"的校企合作模式的课程体系,培养学生的实践动手能力;改革人才培养方案、课程结构;加强师资队伍的建设。
In accordance with the standards and the relevant requirement of"the Ministry of Education's Excellent Engineer Training Plan",it is necessary to actively explore excellent engineer training mode in order to promote reform and innovation in professional personal training.This paper takes the cultivation of excellent engineer in electrical engineering and automation as an example and examines the following cultivation measures:1)establish the curriculum system based on"3+1"mode of school-enterprise cooperation;2)cultivate student's practical ability;3)reform training scheme and curriculum structure;and,4)strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
