摘要
以物流工程专业应用型硕士研究生为研究对象,以卓越物流工程师培养为目标,通过挖掘"三实"平台与"四创型"卓越物流工程师培养的关系机理,构建基于"实验、实训、实习"协同平台的"创研、创法、创岗、创业"的卓越物流工程师人才培养体系。该体系由目标层、能力层、平台层、业务层、协调层和支撑层构成,从中阐述具体的"四创型"研究生卓越物流工程师人才培养做法以及保障措施。
In order to explore the strategies for the cultivation of excellent logistics engineers,this paper takes application-oriented graduate students in the logistics engineering as the research object.It expounds the relationship between "experiment-training-practice"collaborative platform and the cultivation of creative excellent logistics engineer,and constructs the training system of creative excellent logistic engineers who are capable to conduct creative research and innovative methods to create jobs and even start up a business.The training system consists of the target layer,ability layer,platform layer,business layer,coordination layer and support layer.Finally,the paper elaborates the practice methods and supporting measures for the cultivation of creative excellent logistic engineer in graduate students.
