慢性心力衰竭患者中性粒细胞百分比与抑郁障碍相关 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察和分析慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中性粒细胞百分比与抑郁程度的相关性。方法纳入住院CHF患者,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估抑郁程度,并测定血清学相关指标。按照患者有无抑郁障碍分为2组:抑郁组(n=105)和非抑郁组(n=78),两组间显著差异的因素带入Logistic回归进行校正。结果单因素分析中发现两组心功能分级、中性粒细胞百分比、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血肌酐存在显著差异。多因素Logistic回归分析显示心功能分级、总胆固醇和中性粒细胞百分比是抑郁障碍患者的独立相关因素。结论中性粒细胞百分比是CHF并发抑郁障碍的独立相关因素。 AIM To observe and analyze the association between neutrophilic granulocyte percentage and depression in patients with chronic heart failure. METHODS The study population consisted of patients with chronic heart failure. The enrolled patients received Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) for depression evaluation. The blood test results were documented. Patients were classified into groups based on HAM-D score, according to whether have depression divided into depression group ( n = 105 ) and nodepression group ( n = 78). The significantly correlated factors were enrolled in Logistic regression for adjustment. RESULTS Single factor analysis showed that there was significant difference between two groups in gender difference, NYHA classification, neutrophils granulocyte percentage, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholestero and serum creatinine. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender difference, NYHA classification, neutrophils granulocyte percentage, total cholesterol, was still a significant risk factor of P =0. 000). heart failure depression in patients with chronic heart failure patients with chronic heart failure (OR = 1.043, CONCLUSION The neutrophils granulocyte percentage was significantly increaseed in chronic patients with depression symptoms.
