摘要 二维斑点追踪技术是新近发展起来的定量评价心肌运动的一门影像技术,它通过识别二维图像心肌内不同声学斑点空间运动情况,从而获得心肌组织运动定量参数,进而评价左室心肌局部和整体收缩功能。本文就该技术评价左室收缩功能的临床应用综述如下。 Two-dimensional speckle tracking technology is a newly developed imaging technology in quantifying the motion of the heart. By identifying the spatial motion of myocardial acoustic speckle, two- dimensional speckle tracking technology can acquire the quantitative parameters of the myocardial motion and thus assesses the global and regional systolic functions of the left ventricle. This review introduces the progress in application of this new technology in assessment of left ventricular systolic functions.
