摘要 我国管道排水与河道排涝采用的是不一样的计算体系,因此,往往产生出50年或30年一遇的水利排涝体系下可以承接多少年一遇的市政雨水而不发生内涝的疑问。本次假设在不考虑管网排水能力,默认管网能够完全排除地面产生径流的前提下,计算以满足50年一遇排涝标准的排涝设施能抵御多少年一遇市政暴雨为目标,通过短历时暴雨过程计算、河涌水动力排涝演算展开研究,并以两种不同特征的涝区作为计算对比分析,得到主排河涌较均匀分布的涝区比河涌单一的涝区承接市政暴雨的能力强,其基本可以抵御5年一遇市政暴雨的结论。 As pipe drainage uses different calculation system with river drainage in our country, there is question about how many years the municipal rainwater drainage can undertake without waterlogging, comparing to the water drainage system' s water drainage capacity of meeting every 50 years or 30 years drainage standard. Without considering the drainage capacity of pipe network, given that pipe network can completely drain the ground runoff, this paper will be aimed at the calculation of the years scale of the drainage facilities to withstand the municipal storm that meets the drainage standard of every 50 years. A study will be carried out through the calculation on short duration rainstorm process and hydrodynamic force drainage calculation in urban river, with a comparative analysis of the calculation based on the two different characteristics of the flood areas The result shows that waterlogging area with distributed main rivers have stronger capacity of drainage than the single river, which can basically meet 5 years municipal drainage standard.
