宝安区健康人群血浆D-二聚体参考范围的建立

The establishment of plasma D-two dimmers of the reference range of healthy population of Bao'an district

目的探讨宝安区健康人群血浆D-二聚体的浓度变化,建立属于宝安区D-二聚体检测体系的参考范围,为临床诊断和治疗提供有价值的实验数据。方法研究对象为2014年6月-2015年5月在深圳市宝安区人民医院门诊及体检(年龄≥18岁)的健康人群988例,根据年龄分为18~49岁、50~59岁、≥60岁3组。采用西门子医疗诊断公司的INNOVANCE*D-Dimer试剂,日本Sysmex公司的CA1500全自动凝血分析仪,用免疫比浊法检测健康人群血浆D-二聚体浓度,分析比较3个年龄阶段人群血浆D-二聚体含量,应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行相关处理。结果 18~49岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体水平为(1.19±0.06)mg/L,与50~59岁健康人群的(1.23±0.06)mg/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≥60岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体水平为(1.64±0.08)mg/L,均较18~49岁健康人群和50~59岁健康人群显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以95%分位数为参考区间上限,18~59岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体参考值为(1.21±0.01)mg/L,≥60岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体参考值为(1.4±0.07)mg/L。结论宝安区健康人群血浆D-二聚体浓度与年龄显著相关,年龄越大,血浆D-二聚体水平越高。

Objective To discuss the changes of plasma D - two dimer in healthy population of Baoan district, and estab- lish the reference range belonging to Bao＇ an District two D - dimer detection system, and provide valuable experimental data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 988 cases of healthy people （ over 18 years old） were in department of outpatient of People＇ s hospital of Baoan district of Shenzheu city and physical examination from June 2014 to May 2015 se- lected as the study objects , according to the different ages , they were divided into 18 -49 years old, 50 -59 years old, aged 60 of three groups, INNOVANCE ＊ D - Dimer reagent of SIEMENS medical diagnostics company and Japan＇ s Sysmex CA1500 Automatic Coagulation analyzer were used , plasma D - two concentration of healthy population was detected by immunoturbidimetry , plasma D - two dimer content of people of three age groups were analyzed and compared , and SPSS17. 0 software package was used for data processing. Results Plasma D - two dimers level of healthy people from age 18 to 49 was （ 1.19 ±0. 06 ） mg/L, there was no significant difference compared with （ 1.23 ± 0. 06 ） mg/L of healthy people with 50 - 59 years old （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, plasma D - dimer level of healthy people ≥ 60 years old was （ 1.64 ± 0. 08 ） rag/L, significantly higher than that of healthy people with age 18 -49 and healthy people with age 50- 59 （P 〈0. 05 ）. 95% quartile was reference range limit, plasma D - two dimmer reference value of aged 18 - 59 healthy population was （ 1.21 ±0. 01 ） rag/L, plasma D - two dimmer reference value of healthy people aged t〉60 was （ 1.4 ± 0. 07） mg/L. Conclusion Plasma D - two dimers concentration of healthy population in Bao＇ an District is significantly associated with age , the ol- der, the plasma D - two dimcr level is higher.
