摘要
目的明确燃气改造后锅炉运行过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出防护对策,以减少职业病发生。方法采用检查表法、类比法相结合的原则对某企业燃煤改造燃气锅炉房运行和检、维修过程进行分析评价。结果类比企业锅炉巡检工接触毒物浓度均低于10%的职业接触限值,接触噪声8 h等效连续A声级均低于限值。结论该项目属于热力生产和供应类企业,为职业病危害一般的建设项目。
Objective To clarify the risks factors of occupational diseases in the running of the natural gas boiler 'after transformation ,to analyze the harm degree and the influence on the health of workers and giving related projective measures, decrease the risks of occupational diseases. Methods Checking tables methods and analogy method were used to analyze and evaluate. Results Facility Engineers exposed to the concentration of poison were below 10% of the exposure limit, and exposed to the noise of 8h - equivalent - A noise were below the exposure limit. Conclusion It is a project belonging to the heat production and supply, which would have a common risk of occupational disease.
