摘要 针对现有燃油压力传感器检测精度差、效率低等问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabVIEW的燃油压力传感器检测系统。该系统通过NI-USB 6210数据采集卡的输入功能采集燃油压力传感器的电压信号,通过采集卡的输出功能控制步进电机的运动。实现了燃油压力传感器的参数设定、自动检测、检测结果显示、历史查询。该系统实现了多种燃油压力传感器的自动检测,是一个开放的检测系统,具有较强的升级扩展能力。 With the improvement of vehicle power requirements, sensor failure is essential not to be ignored, so the sensor detection has become particularly important. The vehicle fuel pressure sensor test system was designed based on Lab- VIEW aimed at solving the problem of the low efficiency of the current one. The NI--USB 62]0 data acquisition card col- lects the fuel pressure sensor's voltage signal through input function and controls stepper motor movement through the output function. The system realizes the fuel pressure sensor parameter settings, automatic detection, recording test results, historical data inquiry. The system to achieve a variety of fuel pressure sensor automatic detection is an open detection system, with a strong ability to upgrade.
