摘要 当前,嵌入式软件应用越来越广泛,根据变压器油中气体在线监测系统特点,利用VxWorks操作系统、嵌入式Sqlite数据库、Webs GoAhead等相关技术,采用B/S架构、IEC61850通信规范,以C语言、Javascript语言和矢量图形库插件为工具,结合随机森林算法和三比值相结合的诊断方法,提出了基于光声光谱原理的变压器油中溶解气体在线监测系统软件设计,并实现了单台监测装置对多台变压器的数据采集、Web服务、故障诊断功能。经现场应用验证,系统运行稳定、性价比高,具有广阔的应用前景。 Current embedded software is more and more widely used, according to the characteristics of gas in transfornmr oil online monitoring system, using the VxWorks operating system, embedded Sqlite database, Webs GoAhead and other related technologies, using B/S architecture, IEC61850 communication standard, C language, Java script language and vetor graphics library plug-in tools,diagnostic methods, combined with the random forest algorithm and three the ratio of the combination of some transformer oil dissolved gas photoacoustic spectroscopy principle of the on-line monitoring system based on software design,and implementation of transformer monitoring device for multiple data acquisition, Web service. fault diagnosis function; Verified by field application, the system runs stably and cost-effective, bave broad application prospects.
