乳腺癌保乳术后两种放疗体位固定装置的误差分析 被引量:2

摘要 现用两种体位固定方式来验证摆位误差的大小,通过摆位误差对比靶区位移幅度的大小,两种放疗体位重复性和稳定性的差异。我中心入选60例乳腺癌保乳术后患者,均应用Elipse治疗计划系统设计调强治疗计划和医科达synergy加速器的千伏级锥体束CBCT的扫描验证两组患者的摆位误差。通过两组比较前后位摆位误差、头脚位摆位误差、左右位摆位误差和旋转误差均有统计学差异,说明乳腺癌保乳术后放疗用仰卧一体架加体膜固定应用于临床优势明显,可降低摆位误差,提高放疗效果。通过两种体位固定方式来验证摆位误差的大小,可以给临床医生制定计划靶区PTV的外放边界提供实验依据,不能因为摆位误差而使部分肿瘤靶区脱靶,造成肿瘤复发。
