摘要
基于曼尼希反应原理,以茶多酚、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺和甲醛为原料,制备了一种新型的橡胶加工助剂,采用红外光谱和热失重对其进行了表征。然后将该新型助剂应用到白炭黑补强的胎面胶中,研究该新型助剂对胎面胶加工性能、物理机械性能和耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,合成的新型茶多酚基助剂TPN应用在白炭黑填充的胎面胶中具有促进硫化、提高胎面胶强度和耐老化的多重作用。当TPN用量为1.5份时,还可以显著降低胎面胶生热和提高抗湿滑性。
A new multifunctional rubber additive TPN was prepared by using tea polyphenol,Ntert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulphenamide and formaldehyde as reactants based on the mechanism of Mannich reaction.It was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR)and thermogravimetic analysis(TGA).It was then used in tire tread compounds to investigate its effects on the processing,mechanical and anti-aging properties of the compounds.The results showed that TPN was able to improve the curing rate,mechanical strength and anti-aging properties of the compounds.When its content was 1.5phr,the tire tread compounds had higher wet-skid resistance and lower compressive temperature-rise in comparison with the controlled samples.
